How to use the Freepost Address Service

To use our Freepost returns service you must email library@aber.ac.uk

  • Take photos of the items you are returning so the bar code of each item can be clearly seen.
  • Package items securely
  • Take a photo of your package, including the address and postage label.
  • Obtain proof of posting from your Post Office - If your Post Office requires a postcode to issue a receipt our post code is SY23 3DZ. 

Pictures of the books, package and proof of posting will need to be supplied. You will be emailed when your items are received and discharged from your account.

Equipment must not be returned using this service. If you need to return equipment and you are not in Aberystwyth please contact us.
