If you still have the book, return it to one of our libraries as soon as possible. A credit note will be issued to cancel out the invoice and your account will be unblocked. You will be liable to pay the overdue fines .
If you have lost the book, you will need to pay the invoice via the Finance Department before you are able to borrow from us again. You can pay online, over the phone or in person.
