Using the control panel to view the microfiche

CONTROL |
The Control wheel allows you to zoom in and out, rotate the image or to adjust the focus (located on the side of the panel) |

SELECT |
Allows you to switch between ZOOM, FOCUS and ROTATE options (located on the side of the panel) |
|

This section of the control panel indicates which of the above options is currently selected |
|
|
This section controls the printout options. When printing something, make sure the middle option is selected by pressing the button the required amount of times |
|
|
By default the printer prints the portrait selection off the screen. If you wish to print the landscape selection press this button once so it lights up. The printer will now print the area within the landscape selection. |
|

Press this button once to rotate the image on the screen 90° anticlockwise |
|
|
Press this button once to rotate the image on the screen 90° clockwise |
|
|
Press this button once to print the area within the selection on the screen |
|
|
This screen displays the error codes in case an error occurs. Please refer to the error codes section below for more information |

This allows you to change the contrast of the printout, however using FOCUS setting usually allows you to achieve better results |
|
|
The large wheel on the control panel allows you to fast forward and rewind the film on the roll to move between different pages/slides. If the motor starts spinning too fast return the wheel to its original position to stop the film and rewind if necessary. |

If an error occurs its code will be shown on the error code monitor on the control panel.
